Return and Refund Policy
FlowBase is a digital software access product delivered by license key and access link.
Because FlowBase is a digital product, there is no physical item to return.
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:
- you did not receive your access email,
- your license key does not work,
- you are unable to access FlowBase due to a technical issue on our side,
- or the product is materially not as described.
Before requesting a refund, please contact us at hello@getflowbase.app so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- the license key has been successfully delivered and activated,
- the product has already been accessed and used,
- the issue is caused by clearing browser data, switching browsers, changing devices, browser privacy tools, or failing to export a backup,
- the purchase was made by mistake after access was delivered,
- or the customer expected features that were not listed on the product page.
FlowBase is local-first. Your workspace data is stored locally in your browser. Customers are responsible for exporting backups regularly.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.
