FlowBase is a digital, browser-based workflow product designed for freelancers, independent operators, and small service teams to manage client work, pricing, offers, revenue targets, and follow-ups.

By purchasing or using FlowBase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Scope

FlowBase is a productivity and workflow tool intended to support organization and decision-making in client-based work.

FlowBase does not replace professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or business advice.

2. Digital Product & Delivery

FlowBase is provided as a digital software access product. There is no physical product and nothing will be shipped.

After purchase, access is delivered by email through a license key and access link.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 minutes, but may take longer depending on email providers, spam filtering, or technical issues.

3. License & Access

Your license key gives you access to the current FlowBase product/version.

You are responsible for keeping your license key and access email safe.

The product is intended for individual use unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell, share, distribute, or commercially transfer your license key without written permission.

4. Payment Model

FlowBase is sold as a one-time purchase for the current version.

There are no recurring subscription fees for the current version.

If FlowBase is described as including lifetime access, “lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the FlowBase product/version, subject to reasonable technical, operational, legal, and platform limitations.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that every future product, separate version, paid upgrade, cloud service, subscription product, integration, or unrelated product will be included.

5. Refund Policy

FlowBase is a digital product delivered by license key and access link.

Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:
- you did not receive your access email,
- your license key does not work,
- you are unable to access FlowBase due to a technical issue on our side,
- or the product is materially not as described.

Before requesting a refund, please contact us at hello@getflowbase.app so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds are generally not provided when:
- the license key has been successfully delivered and activated,
- the product has already been accessed and used,
- the issue is caused by clearing browser data, switching browsers, changing devices, browser privacy tools, or failing to export a backup,
- the purchase was made by mistake after access was delivered,
- or the customer expected features that were not listed on the product page.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.

6. No Guarantees

FlowBase does not guarantee financial results, revenue growth, client acquisition, profit, sales, or business outcomes.

Results depend entirely on the user’s own actions, decisions, market, offer, pricing, sales process, and client relationships.

7. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:
- their pricing decisions,
- their offers and proposals,
- their client relationships,
- their business decisions,
- their legal, tax, and accounting obligations,
- their data management,
- their backup/export process,
- and their business outcomes.

8. Data & Storage

FlowBase is designed as a local-first tool.

Workspace data is stored locally in the user’s browser environment.

Users are responsible for exporting and securely storing backups.

We do not guarantee recovery of data lost because of:
- clearing browser storage,
- switching browsers,
- changing devices,
- browser privacy tools,
- device loss,
- or failure to export backups.

9. Updates & Changes

FlowBase may be improved, updated, modified, or changed over time.

Features may evolve as the product develops.

We may add, change, or remove features where necessary to improve the product, maintain functionality, or adapt to technical, operational, legal, or platform requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlowBase is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The creator is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the product, business decisions made using the product, data loss caused by local browser storage, or failure to maintain backups.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
